Cost of the service
Option 1 - Full Service - Property search, assessment and negotiation
- Meet with you to set expectation as to what your budget will purchase
- Document a comprehensive list of your requirements
- Complete a Buyer's Agency Agreement endorsed by the Real Estate Institute of NSW
- Commence property search
- Report back to you on a regular basis to discuss suitable properties located
- Assess the property's fair market price
- Assess rental returns for investment properties
- Organise pest, building, strata search inspections, surveys etc.
- Negotiate as required, whether bidding at auction or a private treaty sale
- Negotiate the best price and terms to suit you
- Arrange a final inspection of the property before settlement
- Keep you informed at each stage of the process - we are at your side throughout the entire process
Initial and final fee
Initial fee
Upon engaging our service an upfront administration/registration fee is payable:

This fee is non-refundable but is deducted from our final fee once contracts are exchanged on your purchase.
Final fee
We charge a fixed fee and not a percentage of the final purchase price so you know in advance the cost of our service. The final fee is payable once you have exchanged contracts on your selected property.

A small investment can potentially result in significant savings.
We consider our fees extremely competitive as we have low overheads and can pass our cost savings on to you. You will be dealing with a dedicated professional and not several people in the organisation. We are available at short notice and all enquiries are attended to promptly and confidentially.

Option 2 - Negotiating and bidding at auction
This can be one of the most stressful parts of the process for buyers. Having an independent objective third party with experience and strategy can save you money and take to emotion out of the buying process.
Bidding and negotiating is highly individual and specialised. An objective professional can in many cases achieve a successful outcome and avoid costly mistakes.
- No initial engagement fee
- A success fee of $440 (inc GST) is payable for a successful outcome
Option 3 - Evaluation and negotiating the purchase of a property
If you have located a property yourself we will evaluate the property and negotiate on your behalf.
- Initial engagement fee of $175 (inc GST), this fee is non-refundable irrespective of the outcome.
- A success fee of $440 (inc GST) is payable for a successful outcome
